Past Projects & Wins

Network Audit

I audited a charter network’s special education program, uncovering billing redundancies and gaps in intervention systems. Partnering with the CFO, I internalized key staff, reducing costs and avoiding layoffs. This led to network-wide MTSS implementation, standardized through central leadership. I also developed a summer PD series for Special Education leaders, while LMFTs and community partners helped expand schoolwide intervention meetings aligned with site goals.

Liberatory & Anti-Racist Pedagogy Series

I’ve designed and facilitated DEI-centered professional learning for over 50 educators, nonprofit leaders, and executives. At regional education nonprofit, I developed a leadership institute on equity-driven decision-making, equipping mid-level managers with tools to assess bias in hiring, performance evaluations, and strategic planning. Additionally, I co-created a Liberatory & Anti-Racist Pedagogy series for first-year teachers, helping them embed culturally responsive practices into curriculum design. The program led to a 30% increase in self-reported confidence in implementing anti-racist instructional strategies.

Coaching & Development

In my coaching practice, I’ve worked closely with executive directors of small nonprofits, guiding them through staffing structure challenges, service expansion, and organizational redesigns. My approach centers on helping leaders clarify their organization's origin and evolution, ensuring that growth aligns with their founding mission. Through consistent coaching conversations, I’ve supported EDs in refining their leadership strategies, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and navigating critical transitions. Additionally, I’ve provided family advocacy coaching, equipping parents with the knowledge and confidence to navigate the IEP process. One parent, after our sessions, successfully secured additional speech and occupational therapy services for their child, demonstrating the power of informed, strategic advocacy.
